Valentina Bianco began her professional career as an interior designer after earning dual degrees in Product and Communication Design, as well as in Systemic Design. Her systemic approach enabled her to develop a needs-based method for creating furniture and spaces as genuine open systems. In 2019, with the birth of her first daughter, she embarked on an extensive exploration into the needs associated with each child’s temperament. This led to the founding of MADOTI in 2021, a high-quality woodcraft workshop located in the heart of the Piedmont Alps, entirely dedicated to children's design. Together with her carpenter husband, they manage all phases from design to production, including assembly and artistic direction, ensuring total control over the production process.

In 2022, she earned a master's degree in Design for Kids from the Politecnico di Milano with top honors, and by 2024, she became a lecturer for the same program in children's furniture design. Her work has been featured in numerous kids' lifestyle and design magazines, and she has participated in two editions of Milan’s Fuorisalone in Zona Tortona, where she designed the kids' area for the "A Casa Ovunque" exhibition organized by The Playful Living and RAS Sfera Media Group. Since 2022, her works have been exhibited during the lifestyle event PITTI BIMBO in Florence.
